Measure: PressureAndFlowSensors
Description
Installation of pressure and flow sensors at different positions in the water distribution network. Thus it can be checked if the network is operated in the desired conditions. The aim is to ensure a water supply in sufficient quantity and pressure.
Comments
With this measure failures in the distribution network due to intended attacks like destructions of pumps or pipes might be detected. Furthermore, also failures due to naturally occuring damages like pipe breakages are detected (induced by natural phenomena or by wrong operation/human fault).
